1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beads to Brilliance Learning Platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Beads to Brilliance.

The Platform is intended for use by enrolled students and their parents/lawful guardians. Use of the Platform is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

2. Educational Use & Conduct

The Platform is provided solely for educational training in Abacus and mental mathematics. Users are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity.

Prohibited Activities:

• Unauthorized access to student data or administrative panels.
• Sharing of unique login credentials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Attempts to manipulate test scores, timers, or session logic.
• Reverse engineering the Platform's algorithms or logic.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than mental math training.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension of access without refund.

3. Guardian Responsibility

As the Platform serves minors, parents or lawful guardians are responsible for supervising the child's interaction with the Platform and ensuring that account credentials remain secure. Beads to Brilliance shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to guardian negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, question sets, graphics, and software code available on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Beads to Brilliance. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Course fees are payable in advance via our authorized payment partners.
• Digital access to the Platform is activated upon successful enrollment and is non-transferable.
• Refunds for digital course access are governed by our specific Refund Policy discussed at the time of admission. Generally, fees once paid are non-refundable after course activation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Beads to Brilliance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
