1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beads to Brilliance Learning Platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended solely for enrolled students and their parents/guardians.

2. Educational Purpose

The Platform is designed exclusively for educational use related to Abacus and brain development training.

Users may not:

• Attempt to bypass academic controls
• Manipulate timers or session controls
• Share login credentials
• Attempt to tamper with performance data
• Reverse engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

3. Account Responsibility

Parents and students are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring account activity is authorized
• Not sharing access with third parties

Beads to Brilliance is not responsible for misuse due to credential sharing.

4. Academic Integrity

All scores, certifications, and progress records are generated through secure server-side systems.

Any attempt to:

• Inject scores
• Replay submissions
• Manipulate session timing
• Interfere with platform security

May result in immediate account suspension without notice.

5. Payments & Fees (If Applicable)

Where applicable:

• Access to digital educational services is non-refundable once activated.
• Payment obligations must be fulfilled as agreed with the Institute.
• The Institute reserves the right to suspend access for unpaid fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Beads to Brilliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• The Platform is provided “as is” for educational support purposes.
